I am grateful that as we study Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy it unfolds the eternal truth that meets every need. Health, protection from children's diseases, and ability to carry more than an average amount of studies were evidences of God's loving care for me during my school years. Later I was led into a profession which brought much joy.

For a few months during the depression my husband was not permanently employed. At that time many helpful articles in the Christian Science periodicals aided in clearing my thought and in amplifying my concept of right activity, or work. I accomplished much more and had greater freedom in my own work. With the help of a practitioner my husband found steady employment.

I am grateful that our son can attend the Christian Science Sunday School, where he is learning to turn to God in every need. The physical healings in our family have been those of influenza, an infected leg, fever, deep cuts, a sprained ankle, ringworm, mumps, corns, headaches, and colds. Some of these healings were the result of our own work, and others came with the help of loving practitioners.
