Your Committee is grateful for the privilege of co-operating with the Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy in placing a 1953 series of advertisements of Christian Science Reading Rooms and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy in the Glasgow Herald. Altogether fifteen advertisements appeared in this series. It may be difficult to assess the full value of the drawing power of this advertising, but the authentic nature of the reports which have come to hand regarding its fruitage within the city of Glasgow is gratifying; these proofs tell of well-sustained attendance of individuals at the church services, and of progressive experience in the healing of their problems.
