In the Bible we read (Job 37: 14), "Stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God." Recently I have been recounting the many blessings which Christian Science has poured into my life for a number of years.

In bringing up a family my husband and I have found Christian Science of inestimable value, not only in the healing of sickness, but in protection from accident. Our family has had healings of influenza, measles, quinsy, hemorrhoids, sciatica, and acute indigestion. In addition there have been many instances of protection from contagion. Our sons have had the privilege of going through the Christian Science Sunday School, and now we are anticipating the joy of seeing two young grandsons receive this privilege also.

Our younger son, whilst a pupil in the Sunday School, was working in a chemical laboratory. One day he came home with his face and hands swathed in bandages. He had been badly splashed with concentrated nitric acid. When this happened, he immediately declared the truth, claiming man's sonship with his Father-Mother God. He had no pain, and the next day he went to work as usual. When he had to undergo inspection to comply with factory regulations, the bandages were removed, and to the astonishment of those in charge his skin was found to be free from burns.
