References to Christian Science or to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, needing correction have been few. Of those which have been brought to my notice nearly all have been due to misunderstanding or lack of understanding of Christian Science, rather than to any malicious intent.

In reply to my corrective letter, one editor wrote: "I am grateful for the opportunity of replying to your valued criticism. I agree that my definition [of Christian Science] might have been couched in more positive terms, and I am, therefore, grateful to you for calling my attention to Mrs. Eddy's definition. ..."
