For many years I was in a despondent frame of mind, which finally resulted in both a physical and a mental breakdown. Medical science could not help me. I was committed to a state hospital for more than two years, during which time I saw and also experienced much human suffering and misery. Then, through a loving member of my family, Christian Science help was given me, and I was brought back to my home. I have since become a useful, happy, and healthy individual, for which I am most grateful. A few years ago I was much underweight; now my weight is normal. I have also witnessed and have had other beautiful healings.

I am most grateful to our heavenly Father, to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, and to Mrs. Eddy, our revered Leader, who has shown us how to apply and know this truth that frees from all error.—(Mrs.) Lilly K. Sherin, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
