I wish to express my gratitude to God and also to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for all that Christian Science has done for me.

My first healing was of constipation after I had read the textbook. Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, for only about three weeks. I am also grateful to the practitioners who so lovingly helped me to overcome headaches, colds, hemorrhoids, stiff knees, and other erroneous conditions.

One night about two years ago, when going out of church, I fell head foremost down the stairs and my head struck the door. Alms is; before I knew what had happened, two men were beside me, lifting me to my feet. They led me into the foyer, declaring the truth that man in God's image has never fallen. I declared, "I am God's perfect child." I was a little dizzy and felt a slight pain in my chest. A gentleman took us home in his car, and my friend helped me into the house and up to my room. We both continued to declare the truth, and before I got into bed the pain and dizziness were gone. In the morning when I arose, I went about my usual duties, feeling as well as ever. The pain in my chest returned a few times during the next two weeks, but it finally disappeared entirely.
