More than thirty years ago I was healed of a very distressing condition of the sciatic nerve; for three months I could not walk or even stand on my feet, and the pain was excruciating. I had never heard of Christian Science up to this time, but a friend brought it to my attention. I was healed in a single treatment through the help of a faithful practitioner.

However, I did not continue my interest in Christian Science. Not until I had suffered for about twenty years from bladder trouble and could endure no more suffering, did I again turn to this Science. Then I was healed of a very serious attack in one absent treatment. Previously attacks such as this had kept me in bed for two or more weeks under the care of a doctor and nurse.

I have since become a faithful student of the Bible and of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and I have been healed of chronic constipation and severe burns on one of my hands.
