It is with heartfelt gratitude that I take this opportunity to express my thanks to God for main blessings received through Christian Science. When a dear sister told me of this Science, I was in poor health. I had just had a second major operation and, like the woman mentioned in the Bible (Mark 5:26), "was nothing bettered." After reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. I disposed of all material remedies, and I was very shortly healed. This healing took place well over twenty years ago, and during the years since that time Christian Science has been my only physician; and it has never failed.

We have had main proofs of Gods loving care and guidance in our home: broken bones have been healed with the help of a practitioner; the problem of lack during the so-called years of depression was overcome by our realizing the truth of our Leader's statement (Science and Health, p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." Among other healings we have received are those of a tendency to severe colds, pneumonia, and headaches which, often lasted many hours. Some were accomplished with the help of a practitioner, while others resulted from our own understanding of the truth. I am very grateful for all these healings and for the peace and happiness that Christian Science has brought into my life.
