Christian Science has brought countless blessings and healings to me. The following experience is related with the hope that it may reassure a seeker for Truth of God's ever-present and available healing love as revealed in Christian Science.

Less than four months after I was married to a young Christian Scientist, he was lost in an airplane accident. I have been healed of overwhelming grief, a desire to follow him by passing on, resentment, and bitterness; and I have walked unharmed through the waters of hatred and envy. Our daughter was born eight months after my husband's passing, and we are both in excellent health, expressing activity and joy.

A friend who is not a Christian Scientist attributed my present well-being to a natural physical and mental stamina; but I rejoice to know that it is God who healed me. It was through prayer and treatment by a consecrated Christian Science practitioner that the effects of this experience were erased from consciousness and the healing was accomplished.
