The opening lines of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, read (Pref., p. vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." Through the study of Chrstian Science we are learning more each day how this sustaining infinite is meeting every human need.

Christian Science was introduced into my home over twenty years ago, at the time when it was most needed for a loved one. I am very grateful for the help that I have received from reading the testimonies in the Sentinel. When the days have seemed dark and the waters deep, these have given me hope and encouragement to press on; and I feel that the time has now arrived for me to express my gratitude in return for all these blessings, hoping that someone who may be passing through a similar experience may be benefited.

In my early days of studying the truth, I had many proofs of Love's protection in my occupation as a miner. All kinds of problems have been met in our home, including unemployment and the belief of lack, through a right understanding of God.
