A matter which may be considered as having to do with legislation affecting our freedom to practice our religion involved contacts and correspondence with representatives of the United Nations. As a result, the final Commission draft of the International Declaration on Human Rights includes among its provisions for religious freedom a specific right to practice one's religion. The provision to practice had not been included in earlier drafts.
