SATISFACTION—HOW IT IS EARNED
"As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness" (Ps. 17:15). Thus sang David, the shepherd boy, centuries ago as he lifted his heart to God. In this age another courageous warrior. Mary Baker Eddy, reaffirms the secret of satisfaction (Poems, p. 79):
"The centuries break, the earth-bound
wake,
God's glorified!
Who doth His will—His likeness still—
Is satisfied."
