A deep sense of gratitude for Christian Science prompts me to share with others the positive results obtained through the study and application of Science to every human need.

Having been a student of Christian Science for a number of years, I have relied absolutely and completely on it for the solution of all my problems, regardless of whether those problems concerned a mental, physical, moral, or spiritual need. When I have turned earnestly to God through the study of the Scriptures in conjunction with the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, our revered Leader, and have applied the rules of practice as set forth in this book, the need, no matter what its nature, has always been met completely.

After the first World War, and during a period of unemployment, I was residing in a large eastern city and was in great need of immediate work. Upon consulting a practitioner, I was told that I was already employed and that my real business was that of reflection, the business of reflecting Godlike qualities. I felt inspired and uplifted. Before I left her office, she explained that Love went before me, Love abode with me, and Love remained after me.
