I have been a student of Christian Science for a number of years. It is only during the last two years, however, that I have awakened to the fact that I have not been sufficiently grateful for the glorious understanding of Truth which the study of Christian Science imparts.

My gratitude to God is unceasing, and I give thanks to Mrs. Eddy, who, through her earnest love of good, was enabled to give to the world the demonstrable knowledge contained in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." The study of this book and of the Christian Science periodicals has healed and is still healing me of many faults of character, including wrong thinking concerning my fellow men. I daily pray to have that Mind "which was also in Christ Jesus," and to love my neighbor as myself.

I have given only one testimony in public. It was at a Wednesday evening testimony meeting, when an overwhelming fear that I was too nervous to speak in public held me in bondage. The fear was overcome at that meeting just by forgetting myself in true thankfulness for all the benefits I had received through the study of Christian Science.
