In the opening lines of the Preface to Science and Health (p. vii) Mrs. Eddy says, "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." For over twenty-five years I have found this to be true in my experience, and it is with sincere gratitude that I testify to the healing power of Christian Science. We can never be grateful enough to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for giving us a clearer understanding of Christ, Truth, which heals all inharmonious conditions.

Christian Science was lovingly offered to me by a friend who had been healed of cancer and many other things, and I thought that if it could heal her it would heal me. I am very grateful for all the physical healing I have had, but I am more grateful for the spiritual uplift and a wider understanding of God as Love, and a truer vision of man as spiritual. I am grateful for the blessings of membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church, and I am indeed grateful for all who have helped me along the way. I have been protected and cared for in many ways.

I am more grateful each day for the truth as taught in Christian Science, for it never fails us when honestly applied to any problem, and it is wonderful to know God, to know that He is always with us, and always hears and answers our prayers when we get self out of the way and pray to Him in the right way.
