All my life I had been religiously inclined, but I had never found in the orthodox religion anything that satisfied me. Now I have found in Science the only real happiness I have ever known—harmony, abundant health, and all good. From a small child, I had never really enjoyed health. I suffered from sick headaches, which got worse until at times I could not sit outdoors and enjoy the summers without some kind of cover on my head. This condition has been overcome through my study of the textbook, Science and Health by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy; and other minor ailments, such as colds and influenza, have been healed.

While I was very new in Science I experienced a rapid healing of a severe cut on my head. For this healing and many other blessings I am grateful to God. My gratitude goes out to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who has revealed to us the deep spiritual significance of the Scriptures, especially of the teaching of Christ Jesus, and of the divine laws of Truth, Life, and Love. For the sense of security that Christian Science brings, and the blessed assurance of God's ever-presence and guidance in every detail of my life, I rejoice. I am most grateful for the privilege of being a member of The Mother Church and of a branch church, and for being able to serve in a small way.—(Mrs.) Cora Elvira Monk, Lubbock, Texas.
