Because Christian Science has proved to me for over twenty years that God is "a very present help in trouble," and that divine Love does indeed meet our every need, I wish to express my sincere gratitude.

I have had proof of Love's protecting power in automobile accidents, in storms at sea and in the air, and in a rip tide; and numerous demonstrations of employment and supply have been experienced. When I first began the study of Christian Science I had the happy privilege of attending a Christian Science Sunday School, and the lessons I learned proved of great benefit to me in my studies at a university and later in various office positions.

I have witnessed a healing of the smoking habit and of a carbuncle, and I have personally been healed of colds, influenza, pneumonia, boils, blood poisoning, ptomaine poisoning, burns, tumor, and a slight concussion of the brain. I have proved the efficacy of Christian Science in removing fear and pain while having dental work done.
