Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

During the past year, your Committee has felt a friendly attitude on the part of the press throughout the state in regard to Christian Science and its activities, and no statements unfriendly to Christian Science or to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, have appeared.

During the past year, friendly references to The Christian Science Monitor have appeared more frequently, and the quotations therefrom have been more numerous. Some of the newspapers in the state have reprinted full editorials from the Monitor and then commented favorably upon this paper's attitude. An editorial page in one newspaper in the state carried four separate reprints from the Monitor on one day, with due credit given.
