To God, the only Physician, I express my humble gratitude. Jesus said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Pilate asked, "What is truth?" Perhaps there are many of us who ask the same question when we first come to Christian Science.

If there is anyone who has a problem that has not yielded, let him not be discouraged. Christian Science does heal. I am a living witness of its healing power. I came to Christian Science over three years ago, after a physician could do nothing more for me. I had been in his care for almost a year, and was taking four kinds of medicine daily to no avail. The more I took the worse I felt. I received a letter from my sister asking me to try Christian Science, and after a few weeks decided to do so. I started out to find a practitioner, and when I went in I told her that I had prayed to be guided to the right one. I asked for a treatment, which was lovingly given.

I have had many healings, most of them as the result of the faithful work of consecrated practitioners, for which I am most grateful.
