I am grateful for the many blessings which have come to me through Christian Science, and what seems most beautiful and valuable is the knowledge of my relationship to God.

Many years ago, through the careful reading of the textbook, Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy, I was healed of the fear that a certain disease, from which I was then suffering, was incurable. The continued study of the Bible and the textbook soon restored me to health; gloom and despair were supplanted by peace and confidence; and, from what had seemed to be a state of destitution, I came quickly into the realization of abundance.

Especially grateful am I for the understanding through spiritual sense of the reality of health, harmony, and present immortality. This understanding, also, has been gained through the study of Christian Science; and it has made me conscious of and grateful for God's tender care and protection of my loved ones and myself, through every trial and under varying human conditions. I am grateful for many convincing proofs of this care. Our Leader says, "Be firm in your understanding that the divine Mind governs, and that in Science man reflects God's government" (Science and Health, p. 393). Through this Science I have been healed of many ills, including colds, fevers, tumors, and tubercles.
