I Cannot Fear

EDNA J. MC CULLOUGH

I cannot fear to walk with God
Along life's way.
His presence is sufficient,
And mine alway.

What matter though temptations come,
And friends forsake?
My Father guides me, and He knows
The way I take.

I listen for His loving voice,
And feel Him near,
To comfort, bless, and lead me on—I cannot fear.
