It is a very joyous privilege to be able to testify to the healing and regenerating power of Christian Science. I became interested in it during the fall of 1918, after reading articles and attending lectures. I purchased a copy of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and began to read the book with an open thought. Before I was halfway through it I knew that I was healed of kidney trouble, catarrh, and lung trouble; also of indigestion—all of which ailments I had had since childhood.

Since then I have had many healings. One which occurred about three years ago I wish to relate. I was stricken with nervous prostration, but worked to the best of my ability, with help from a practitioner. The healing was slow, and as soon as I was able to go, I was taken to The Christian Science Benevolent Association Sanatorium at Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. I entered on a Sunday, and on the following Friday I knew that I was healed. Words cannot express my gratitude for the love and care shown me by all the associates while I was there.

I am indeed grateful to the loving Father-Mother God, "from whom all blessings flow;" to Christ Jesus, the one and only Way-shower; and to Mrs. Eddy, our brave and beloved Leader, the recipient of God's truth to this age; also to the practitioners who helped me see the truth more clearly. I am sincerely grateful that I am privileged to be a member of The Mother Church, and for class instruction.
