Railway Review

A gentleman, writing in your recent issue, confuses Christian Science with faith cure and telepathy. Christian Science, however, is not mere faith cure, and has nothing in common with telepathy.

With regard to Christian Science and faith cure, Mrs. Eddy, Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, writes in her textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 359): "Let any clergyman try to cure his friends by their faith in him. Will that faith heal them? Yet Scientists will take the same cases, and cures will follow." Christian Science is a return to primitive Christianity, a religion through which the laws of God are understood and demonstrated.
