Deep gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me and for all mankind has led me to give this testimony.

Before learning of Christian Science I had for many years suffered from what the doctors called low blood pressure. I found it necessary to rest several hours daily, and to depend on drugs of various kinds. Then one Wednesday evening I was invited to attend a testimony meeting in a Christian Science church. I was very much impressed by the reading from the desk. When the testimonies were given, a young girl who had suffered since childhood from curvature of the spine told of her healing; she spoke with much sincerity and expressed deep gratitude. I had been searching for years for the truth, and I knew that this was the truth which Jesus said would make us free. I bought the books, the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and began the study of the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly.

I disposed of all the drugs I had been using and no longer required any time to rest. It was not long before my friends began to remark on the change in my appearance. I am enjoying harmony and health, but however great the physical benefit I have gained, I am more grateful for the spiritual uplifting I have received. I am deeply grateful to our dear Leader and to the loving practitioners; also for all the periodicals, for the lectures, for Science and Health, which meets every need, for class instruction, for all the activities of the movement.—(Mrs.) Pauline F.
