My heart overflows with gratitude for the constant and abundant good which comes to us through the many channels of the Christian Science movement.

"Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord." Truly I am a witness to the healing and regenerating power of Truth as revealed by Mrs. Eddy. I turned to Christian Science over twenty years ago, when I was suffering greatly from a complication of internal difficulties, as well as neuritis, which doctors were unable to cure, and received an instantaneous healing. I felt and looked like a new creature.

Although I had been very much prejudiced against what I believed Christian Science to be, I was so greatly impressed with what was to me a miraculous healing, that I immediately purchased a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and began an earnest study of the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly, attended the lectures, subscribed for and read the literature, looking up the references mentioned in the articles, and shortly owned all of Mrs. Eddy's writings and studied them—for a few years exclusively.
