There are so many good things which God has done for me that I scarcely know where to begin, or where to stop, in telling of them. One winter, when influenza and pneumonia were prevalent, I was healed of a severe case of influenza. This indeed proved to be a testing time. During the experience the suggestion of death presented itself very strongly; it was, however, a great comfort and a help to have at this time a Christian Science nurse.

I am grateful for the many instances of protection and other healings I have had, physical and financial, and for the privilege of rearing my boy with the help of Christian Science. I am grateful for an understanding of the teachings of our Way-shower gained through our Leader's writings, also for the Christian Science periodicals. It seems I always find something in them to meet my need.

Also, I am grateful for the practitioners who are ever ready with their loving help, and to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the "pearl of great price."
