We thank you for your kindly reference to Christian Science in a recent editorial.

In his healing, regenerating ministry, Christ Jesus said, "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil;" and at another time he said, "If ye continue in my word, ... ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

The New Testament contains numerous accounts of the healing of disease by Christ Jesus, by his disciples, and by Paul, through spiritual means alone, thus proving that there is a law higher than human belief, which can be brought into operation in human experience by those who understand the truth about God and His laws.
