"They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever." In the Preface to Science and Health our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, says (p. vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings."

In counting the many blessings that have come to me through the study of Christian Science, I realize that my days have been filled with proofs of God's care. I have had many healings, both mental and physical, through the application of this divine truth, sometimes with the help of a practitioner and sometimes without. Some of these healings were the overcoming of nervousness and sick headache; and a badly burned hand was healed instantly; also, many discordant traits of character have been overcome through a better understanding gained by the study of Science and Health.

I should like to relate two recent healings, one of athlete's foot. This trouble had seemed to exist for two years. To go to the practitioner, I had to call a cab, my feet being so swollen and painful that I could not walk the short distance. Shortly after the treatment, so lovingly given, I exclaimed to the friend who had accompanied me, "Why, do you realize that I have walked the entire distance back to the hotel without any sense of discomfort?"
