For nearly twenty years I have relied solely on Christian Science for healing of physical ailments, and in our home we have proved that whenever faithfully applied to any material woe—be it physical, social, financial, or domestic—Christian Science never fails. And it is with ever-increasing gratitude to God for His constant care and protection, and to His so willing servant, our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for her courageous perseverance in giving this revelation to humanity, that I send this testimony.

In 1916 I suffered from internal pain for two weeks, and was then still unable to be up. Upon examination, a doctor told me that I must be operated on the next day. I had had previous help from Christian Science, but had not studied it and had grown away from it. Now my thought turned to it, and I asked my husband to give his consent to call a Christian Science practitioner, which he reluctantly and fearfully did, as he had never heard anything favorable about this Science. The practitioner came to the house but once, and after that I was taken to see her. In a short time

I was healed, and with the healing came a desire to study and find out more of this truth. I have been quickly healed of influenza, shock, and many other physical troubles.
