In the words of the Psalmist I also say, "Many, O Lord my God, are thy wonderful works ... if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered."

Christian Science came to us when I was six months old, and at that time healed me of an abscess in the ear. During my childhood there were many healings. Whooping cough, measles, scarlet fever, and diphtheria were all dispelled quickly. In the case of scarlet fever, several of my playmates passed on with it; and when I was afflicted a Christian Science practitioner was called as well as the board of health officer. By the time the latter arrived at our home the healing was so nearly complete that he diagnosed the illness as a slight touch of tonsillitis.

At the age of thirteen I manifested a serious case of St. Vitus's dance. I had no control over my limbs, could not feed myself, or talk distinctly. I had the assistance of a loving practitioner, but it was about two months before the healing came. I then went back to school and graduated with my class.
