I became interested in Christian Science about twelve years ago through witnessing a healing which my sister had of a severe nervous breakdown. For years I had been seeking for a religion which I could apply to daily life, and had attended many and various churches both at home and abroad. When I perceived the different outlook on life which my sister was gaining, I also began to study Christian Science, and from that time onwards have been most grateful and contented because I know that the definite rules Mrs. Eddy has given us in our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," are provable.

I should like to express my sincere gratitude to a friend who helped me to progress in this wonderful study.

I have had many healings. One was of a growth on my tongue, which was healed when I overcame a sense of great timidity and dislike of expressing gratitude audibly at our Wednesday testimony meetings; and another of inflammation of the lungs, which was practically instantaneously healed through the work of a practitioner.
