I should like to tell of a healing that came to me during a visit to the Christian Science Benevolent Association Sanatorium at Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. It has been a privilege and a joy to visit there whenever I have been in Boston during the past several years.
For some time I had been troubled with a severe pain in one of my limbs, which made it very hard for me to walk even a short distance at one time. When I arrived at the Sanatorium I found that the room assigned to me on the first floor was at the extreme end of the building and, since it was Wednesday, I desired to attend the meeting in the Assembly Hall, which was at the other end of the building. The distance seemed at first impossible to cover; then the thought came to me, This is the testing time—prove your Science. I sat down and went to work as we are taught in Christian Science, and when the time came for the meeting I started. Very plainly there came to me these words:
