On page 134 of Miscellany our Leader says, "The unprecedented progress of Christian Science is proverbial, and we cannot be too grateful nor too humble for this, inasmuch as our daily lives serve to enhance or to stay its glory."

I feel impelled this morning to ask: "Do we all carry in our hearts the full measure of gratitude that our work should inspire? Are we so unceasingly that our gratitude becomes a spiritual weapon in our daily warfare with the forces of or indifference, or antagonism that have to be overcome?"
