I am more grateful than I can say for Christian Science...
I am more grateful than I can say for Christian Science and for all that it has done for me and for my family.
As I look back over many years it seems difficult to choose for relating cases of healing among the many we have had; but perhaps the help I had at the birth of two of my children was particularly liberating. After the birth of my first child I was very unwell, and the second child did not live. I then became a student of Christian Science, and after the third child was born, I was up and dressed on the fourth day, and in the town shopping when she was eight days old. After the birth of the last child, I was able to go to an orchestral rehearsal when the child was ten days old and to sing the solos in an oratorio given publicly four days later.
Formerly I was subject to heavy colds, but during the years that I was singing professionally, after I became a student of Christian Science, I never missed an engagement. I was also healed of nervous prostration in a short time; and when the children were small, we had many cases of healing of so-called children's complaints.
