Though I had been interested in Christian Science for several years, even to the extent of owning a copy of Science and Health and being helped from time to time by a practitioner, it was not until I passed through a time of great mental stress and sorrow through the passing on of a baby son that I turned wholeheartedly to this religion.

It is a matter for deep inward rejoicing that my husband and I have taken each step along the highway together, and we are proud and happy to be members of The Mother Church and also of a branch church, and to have duties to fulfill to help on the Cause of Christian Science.

I am grateful for the little understanding I possess of this Science, but still more so for the understanding gained by our five children. They are all regular attendants at the Sunday school, where they are learning how to apply the truth to their own little problems.
