It is in order for branch churches and societies, which decide to do so, to announce in their services the date of the coming admission to membership in The Mother Church and the availability of application blanks. The current periodicals, the Journal and Sentinel, include notices from the Clerk of The Mother Church stating the date when applications should be in his hands prior to the next admission.

Branch churches might word their announcements perhaps as follows:

Application blanks for admission to membership in The Mother Church may be obtained from the clerk of this church (or society) after each service, or at the Reading Room (omit when there is no Reading Room). For consideration at the next admission of members, applications should reach Boston not later than October 18, 1935.
