"Risen power"

"E'en as Thou gildest gladdened joy, dear God,
Give risen power to prayer; fan Thou the flame
Of right with might; and midst the rod,
And stern, dark shadows cast on Thy blest name,
Lift Thou a patient love above earth's ire,
Piercing the clouds with its triumphal spire."

Now is the time of fulfillment! Today is the hour of realization of this prayer in our Leader's poem, "Easter Morn" (Poems, p. 30). It is nearly two thousand years since the master Christian declared the Christ to be "the resurrection, and the life." Over sixty years ago Mary Baker Eddy, in her discovery of Christian Science, revealed the Christ-idea as available to mankind. What is the result? Who can measure it? Every day records healing and regeneration in various conditions of human experience, throughout the world.
