It is with great joy that I give this testimony, though words are inadequate to express my gratitude for Christian Science, for our beloved Leader, and for the pracitioner who so lovingly and graciously helped me. On page 242 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" we read, "The divine Science of man is woven into one web of consistency without seam or rent." To me this is a wonderful promise of a full salvation, complete, whole, the seamless garment of Truth.

Healings have been many and varied. Severe nervous exhaustion was healed after the doctor's verdict that it would be years before I should be well, if ever. After a few months' treatment for this condition, glasses, which had been worn continually for some sixteen years, and which I had been told should always be worn, were laid aside and never used again, though I read and study both day and night and often into the early morning hours. A severely burned hand was restored to a normal condition in a few hours by radical reliance on "the scientific statement of being," found on page 468 of Science and Health. Grief, shock, and sorrow have been instantly cured by an applied understanding of the truth.

I am also grateful for membership in The Mother Church, for the Reading Rooms, and for the literature. My greatest desire is that I may bless, prosper, and heal others, as I have been blessed, prospered, and healed in Christian Science.—(Mrs.) Frances A. G. Whitney, Boston, Massachusetts.
