Advocate
In your "Religious and Philanthropic Notes" in the Barbados Advocate there was a reference to Christian Science which needs explanation, and I therefore ask the favor of space in your paper for that purpose.
In this reply I have no intention of starting a religious controversy, and I hope it will not appear in that light to our good friend Elishama, for he is a good friend to Christian Science and Christian Scientists, as, indeed, he is to all who are standing for good in this community and elsewhere.
The subject of the "unreality" of evil has been handled in your columns before, but it is so reasonably and so logically treated in Christian Science that I shall make the explanation once more, in the hope of making my statements on the subject plain to those who are interested.
