Occasionally we hear the remark made, "I started to read the textbook of Christian Science, but after reading a few pages I laid it aside because I could not understand it." The young student of arithmetic does not lay aside his textbook because he fails to understand it. Rather does he apply himself to its mastery, knowing that in due time he will be able to apply its rules in the solving of problems.
