Twenty-one years ago I began the study of Christian Science
Twenty-one years ago I began the study of Christian Science. My first healing was of influenza. I was healed in a few days through study and the help of a practitioner. The next healing was of blood poisoning in a malicious form. One of my feet was swollen three times its normal size and was very painful. I was healed in about a week and a half with the help of a practitioner.
Another healing was of lead poisoning while I was working in a battery factory. I found myself in a critical condition. Everything I ate tasted like lead and both my hands became paralyzed so that I could not pick up a thing. The officials of the company I worked for were afraid I should pass on, so they sent me to a doctor. The doctor said that I could not live; that there was no hope for my recovery. But through the study of Christian Science and with help from a faithful practitioner for two years, I was completely healed.
I am grateful for all these blessings and many others.
Carl Otto Ell, Tacoma, Washington.
