The Lectures

Introductions to Lectures

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (First Church).

Lecturer: Judge Frederick C. Hill; introduced by Miss Margaret M. Ellison, who said:—

I wish I could tell you, in the few moments I have, of the joy and gladness, hope and faith, confidence and courage, which come to us through the study and understanding of Christian Science. Doubts and fears vanish, sickness yields to health, poverty to plenty, and sorrow and sighing flee away through this understanding. It teaches us how to pray without ceasing and even how to rejoice in tribulations, because we know that God's "grace is sufficient" for us.
