I wish to acknowledge some of the many blessings my family and I have experienced since taking up the study of Christian Science. My husband had a healing which was very convincing to both of us. He was chopping wood one Saturday morning when suddenly he was seized with severe pains in the stomach. He could hardly reach the bed, and when he did so he seemed in gret agony. I declared the truth audibly at first and then silently for a few minutes until he was able to join me, and then I got "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy and read to him for about ten minutes. error was silenced, and he got up and went on with his work; but in about half an hour he came in again worse than ever. It appeared as though he were passing on, and I said aloud, "It is a lie; God is your Life." I had a clear glimpse of God's presence. I again read from Science and Health, and in about five minutes he was asleep and slept for about an hour. He awoke perfectly well, and there has been no sign of the trouble since.

Our youngest boy was healed of sores on his feet; and when he was two years old, he was healed of convulsions in three days by absent treatment, the practitioner being over a hundred miles away. We have also had healings of boils, abscesses, sick headaches, sore eyes, and many other difficulties through the realization of Truth, Life, and Love, as taught in Christian Science.

I am grateful for our dear Leader's works; for the periodicals, for the Sunday school, and for membership in a branch church; and I thank all the dear practitioners who have so lovingly helped us in times of need.—(Mrs.) Elizabeth E. Gatley, North Fremantle, Western Australia.
