Having received much benefit and pleasure from reading...
Having received much benefit and pleasure from reading the testimonies in our periodicals, I am thankful for the opportunity to tell something of the many benefits that I have received since my interest in Christian Science was first awakened.
The relief experienced from hay fever, after a few weeks of study, convinced me that here was a remedy at last; and although I was not completely healed for some time afterwards, the time came when I was troubled no more with this complaint. Plentiful supply, excellent health, and occasional opportunities to help others have been manifest in my experience, for all of which I am most grateful.
Christian Science has given me a God at hand, instead of an unknown, far-off God. To material sense it seems we must meet problems and difficulties; but it is so wonderful to have a Comforter always at hand, and to remember the assurance, "When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee." My daughter has been healed of partial deafness through our application of the truth which makes free.
