I was a very unhappy woman when I first heard of Christian Science twenty-two years ago.
When I first became interested in Christian Science I was in a bad condition, both physically and mentally.
Through the encouraging testimonies of healing in the Herold I have received such strength and comfort that I, also, wish to express my deepest gratitude.
Having received much benefit and pleasure from reading the testimonies in our periodicals, I am thankful for the opportunity to tell something of the many benefits that I have received since my interest in Christian Science was first awakened.
Over twenty-four years ago my attention was first called to Christian Science for the purpose of healing.
It has been my experience that Christian Science treatment is the one perfect remedy for any inharmonious condition; that it not only changes the physical condition from one of inharmony to one of harmony, but at the same time brings about a brighter outlook on life, giving new courage and interest to the individual and enabling him to go forward with renewed ambition.
Christian Science was presented to me about twenty-seven years ago through a neighbor.
It is with deep gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy for all the good she has brought to humanity in giving us "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" and her other writings that I give this testimony.
