Filled with sincere gratitude for God's great love and beneficence which He pours upon us, I desire to offer the following testimony of a wonderful healing which came to me through Christian Science.

In January, 1930, I was suddenly taken with serious inflammation of the eyes. On the advice of my mother I read in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy; but my condition became so aggravated that both of my eyes were closed and I could not see any more. My mother then asked a practitioner to help me. The following day the discharge began to diminish, and on the third day it stopped altogether. My eyes opened, and I could see again, and I joyfully returned to school. This experience has taught me that I must be more loving, more patient, and more ready to help my fellow men. I am sincerely grateful for this healing.

I am also heartily grateful for the faithful help so often and lovingly given me, and grateful that I have had the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School, serving God in it as organist for several years. I am deeply grateful to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy.
