About ten years ago I was suffering from goiter in its worst form. I had been treated by several doctors and at last was ordered into a hospital, a practically hopeless case.
I had been trying to study "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy for about twelve months, but seemed unable to grasp the truth. When ordered into the hospital I asked my husband, who was very skeptical about Christian Science, to telephone to a practitioner. This he did, and help was lovingly given. Within forty-eight hours the goiter (which was of enormous size) had entirely disappeared. The doctors marveled at its sudden disappearance. There was never been the slightest recurrence of the trouble. My heart has been perfectly normal ever since.
I have two little girls, both born after I became interested in Science. They do not know material remedies, are the picture of health, and are now attending a Christian Science Sunday School. Words fail to express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for us, and for the loving help of practitioners and friends. — (Mrs.) Brenda M. Whyman, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
