I note in your Friday's issue a report of a lecture entitled "Mental Dynamite," delivered by a doctor.

The doctor classifies healing by spiritual means, or prayer, as quackery, and refers to Mrs. Eddy as an "hysterical woman who obtained much of her material for Science and Health from noted writers of her time without giving them credit."

To class as quackery all healings that are not accomplished through the limited means of the doctors' school of healing is taking a narrow view. Fortunately, however, this is not the opinion of the world to-day, nor is it the sentiment of a respectable number of the members of the doctor's own profession.
