Mind's Omniscience

Christian Science rescues mankind by revealing the scientific fact that there is no place in divine Mind where materiality with its secret or open fear, sickness, or sin is being harbored. "There is no darkness . . . where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves." There is no substance in Mind through which sickness or iniquity can be expressed, for substance is spiritual, inviolable, and omnipresent.

As a false claim, evil rests upon ignorance of good. Therefore, one who constantly affirms his ignorance of God, or deplores his limited ability to grasp and apply the teaching of Christian Science, is setting up a fictitious wall of separation between himself and his reflection of true being.

When confronted with some phase of discord we should at once and persistently realize that it is no part of the omniscience of divine Mind and that the health and harmony we need are ever present for us to reflect. As we definitely acknowledge that God knows only that which is included in His consciousness, we shall be bound to categorize the discord in question as unknown to the omniscient Mind and to man, the divine Mind's full representation. Will this help and heal us? Yes, for then we see that our task is not so much riddance of error as adding to our reflection of Mind's omniscience. Everyone can do this, and therefore everyone and everything can be healed.
