I think the wonderful truth as taught in Christian Science is the greatest blessing in the world. I have not used a material remedy in over thirteen years. My first healing was that of a dislocated vertebra. Through the clear understanding of a loving practitioner I was healed in a few treatments. Many other disorders were also overcome. I have had two instantaneous healings while reading the Christian Science Sentinel. Two winters ago I experienced the healing of a severe case of shingles, which at my age—seventy-one—was considered quite remarkable.

I am so thankful that I have learned through Christian Science that God is Love, and that He has only good for us. Formerly I thought He sent sickness and trouble to make better men and women.
